Welcome to Panafide. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Panafide ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Panafide is a web-based platform for handpan music composition, visualization, learning, and community engagement. The Service includes a rhythm grid, virtual handpan, course marketplace, AI assistant, and community features.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload, post, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringing.
Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited messages.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service.
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of patterns, compositions, and other content you create. By sharing content on Panafide, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid Pro subscription or individual course purchase.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Panafide name, logo, software, and all associated content (excluding user-generated content) are the intellectual property of Panafide and may not be used without explicit written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panafide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
